Chef Rico was born in Brooklyn, New York and was classically trained in authentic Italian cuisine along with family recipes and traditions handed down over generations. His family was involved in every aspect of food. Divine Catering uses only the freshest and finest ingredients in their dishes; some of the dishes are from recipes that are are almost 100 years old. "Only the best will do", his father would say. Chef Rico carried on his family's philosophies and traditions at home and at work. He has an incredible passion for food with a flare for the extraordinary and creates wonderful memories for all his clients.
We cut our own meats, make all our own fresh sausage from an old style recipe. Everything Divine Catering does is the best of the best. Divine Catering sauces are unparalleled; we use real wine reductions and fresh herbs in all our dishes. Our brick oven baked bread is amazing, old world style, and our Italian meatballs are from a one hundred year old family recipe.
We take great pride in all we do, and we do it with passion! High quality and excellent service are our signature trademark.
